We have been making Pizzas and Pasta since 1990, using recipes inherited from our ancestors. Since 2019 we moved to Florida and decided to open a pizzaria to make the best Pizzas in Florida, using only the best ingredients on the market, we macerate Pizza dough for 72 hours, to allow yeast to develop 100% and prevent when you eat a Pizza the sensation of having eaten in excess or stomach ache, that's why we say "We make the best Pizza".
