PORT TECHNICAL SERVICES - Key Persons


Fred Wolf

Fred Wolf has over 40 years of experience teaching at the technical school and college levels. He has extensive experience in diesel mechanics, automotive technology, refrigeration, electronic engine controls, and welding. He was a previous Board Member of the New Jersey Motor Truck Association and New Jersey Teacher of the year (twice). He is a Certified Proctor for EPA Section 608 & 609 Refrigerant Gas Testing and a Certified Forklift Instructor.

Jim Anastasio

Jim Anastasio has over 30 years experience with port equipment. He is a Certified Technical Trainer, Licensed Master Electrician, Authorized OSHA Maritime Instructor and Certified Forklift Instructor. He was the original owner and founder of East Coast Cranes, owner and founder of Port Technical Training Institute, former President of Kalmar Americas Region and is currently Director of ZPMC USA.

Randy Evans

Randy Evans has over 35 years experience with port equipment and training. He is currently lead Trainer for Port Technical Training Institute and is the former Service/Training Manager for Kalmar. He has a thorough knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, PLC, mechanical and welding systems plus strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and communication skills. He is a Certified Powered Industrial Truck and Rigging Instructor.
