If you purchased Pop Secret brand popcorn anwhere in the United States, between 2010 and 2016, a class-action lawsuit may affect your rights... A class action has been filed in against Snyder's-Lance, Inc. the manufacturer of Pop Secret popcorn, alleging that it violated federal and state food safety laws by selling candy containing artificial trans fat, an unsafe and unlawful food additive. Synder's-Lance denies it broke the law and no decision has yet been made in the case.
