Anna DiBella is the founder and lead accountant at ProFix Accounting and Strategy. She believes entrepreneurs should have access to sound financial information about their business, so they can make strategic decisions for their future.
Anna DiBella has spent much of her career working in finance leadership roles in high-end law firms and professional services organizations.
Anna DiBella brings over 10 years of experience handling trust accounting for law firms. This is a unique CPA specialty you won't find at any other accounting firm.
Anna DiBella, CPA, CGA, is the founder and lead accountant at ProFix. She uses her analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making to help law firms reach their strategic goals.
Before launching ProFix Accounting & Strategy, Anna DiBella held a CFO role at a custom brokerage firm. She was responsible for assessing their financial operations while overseeing senior level accounting duties. She coached each member of her accounting department on how to build operational processes in order to set the firm up to meet leadership's goals and vision.
Prior, Anna was the Director of Finance & Operations at a high-end litigation firm led by 3 Chambers ranked Queen's Counsel designated lawyers. She oversaw all non-attorney staff including paralegals, and worked with the firm's partners to identify short-term and long-term strategic goals. Implementing all financial and operational procedures for the business, she offered strategic advice on how to increase profitability.
Before that, Anna was the Director of Finance at a progressive firm with aggressive growth. While under Anna's leadership, the firm won the Fastest Growing Business award from Business in Vancouver. During her time there, Anna developed new financial processes from the ground up while supporting the firm in reaching its growth revenue targets near 50% year over year. She also streamlined collections and reduced the billings timeline to increase cash flow, in addition to reporting on the firm's profitability.

Whether it was while working in commercial real estate appraisal or running a digital marketing agency, Celene has always had a passion for fixing things and making them run smoother.
A total nerd for numbers and systems, processes is what Celene does best! After graduating from the Sauder School of Business, and becoming a mom, she decided to ditch the corporate world of Old White Guys refusing to embrace technology and innovation in favor of helping small and medium sized businesses become more efficient and more profitable.

PROFiX welcomed Connie Werzun to the team as a senior controller on July 1st, 2021.
Connie obtained 25 years of experience working as a bookkeeper at law firms. Her last employer decided to close the office and looking for a new job became the top priority. A chance meeting with a client of PROFiX led to a coffee with Anna DiBella, an interview, and a job! Having only ever worked in a physical office brought on new challenges for Connie. Working from home and learning a multitude of new accounting software seemed daunting. She met the challenges head-on and has not looked back. Her ability to adapt to any situation is outstanding!
Connie is a perfect fit for PROFiX. She has survived many trust audits with positive results, she thoroughly enjoys fixing problem files, getting the clients back on track, and their accounting up to date.
When not at the keyboard, Connie is out taking a walk, hiking up the mountain, hitting the gym or reading a good book.

Kellyn joined ProFix in the Spring of 2021 as Anna DiBella's Executive Assistant and has been an integral part of the administrative and culture side of our team.
Before Kellyn joined ProFix, she gained her experience in administrative work of 5 years at one of Canada's leading boutique law firms as a Receptionist and Legal Assistant where she worked alongside Anna DiBella, before Anna left to start up PROFiX.
Kellyn basically runs the day-to-day systems of the company. She is the first point of contact for all our employees, she oversees onboarding all our new clients and keeps the wheels turning.
After nearly two years of everything being shut down, Kellyn successfully organized ProFix's very first team retreat, where we got to connect and meet each other in person, for the first time. It was the first retreat of many more to come.
In her spare time, Kellyn enjoys getting outside and exploring the great adventures that Vancouver has to offer, loves cooking up new things in the kitchen and spending time with close family and friends!
