Bio
Thiermann is a revenue operations leader in the Chicagoland area with over a decade experience building and scaling customer success functions for growing SaaS, tech enabled services and technology companies. Working for companies such as Fieldglass, TIBCO, Catalytic, and Aclaimant, Andrew leads customer-facing teams and focuses on driving growth through relationship building, scaling, and cross-functional collaboration. His goals are to support the growth of the team, grow as a leader himself, all while embracing a keep it simple approach. Holding a Public Relations BA from University of Central Lancashire, Andrew started his career in communications but quickly moved into client support and operations before finding his niche with key account management and customer success team leadership.

Dave is the Chairman & CEO of Purchasing Platform. Prior to joining PP, Dave was a Co-Founder and CEO of MM4, a SaaS e-Procurement company that was acquired by Xchanging Plc. Following the acquisition, Bowen remained CEO of MM4 while also taking on the role of Country Manager, Americas for Xchanging - a FTSE listed global UK company. Dave is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, a member of the Windy City Chapter of YPO, and the Board President of The Justin Wynn Fund. He lives in Evanston with his wife (Ellie) and two daughters.

Robert is the Vice President of Finance and Strategy at Purchasing Platform and was hired in October 2020 to lead our finance team. Robert brings a wide range of finance and strategy experience gained from senior roles from at firms like Trunk Club and Tribune Media. Robert feeds off the passion and excitement that exists across the company. He has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and is also a very proud Wisconsin Badger from his undergrad days.

Tiffany Blanchet is a Human Resources professional with over 15 years' experience impacting company performance through the design and orchestration of people strategies. Having worked across industries and at various sized companies such as Pacific Cycle, Hydro Flask, Helen of Troy, and Cubii, Tiffany has found the most fun to be had is in building scalable people functions for fast-growth start-ups. A strong believer in the power of healthy cultures, Tiffany is passionate about creating work environments where every teammate can be at their best. Tiffany earned her SHRM-SCP in 2016, and when she isn't championing teamwork enjoys a good indie rock show or exploring the outdoors through hiking.
