She is an Internal Auditor specializing in the identification and remediation of corporate control weaknesses. Aleicha serves on the Board as a financial advisor utilizing her 15 years of nonprofit experience to contribute to the financial longevity and ultimate success of the organization.

Alia Johnson

Alia admires the wisdom, personality, and history of older adults while nderstanding the need for our seniors to have adequate access to quality healthcare, social,and mental health related services. Alia is energetic, detailed-orientated and success-driven with over eight years of knowledge and experience in executive support functions. Proficient in maintaining procedures, policies, and monitoring assignments and projects. Determined and passionate about administration that will foster growth and development. Strong professional with a Bachelor's Degree focused in Public and Not-for-profit Administration with an emphasis in Community Health.

Amelia Luckie - President

Amelia Griffin is the CEO and Founder of Rophe Healthcare Adult Day Service Center. She is a Registered Nurse with the Illinois and Indiana state licensing organizations, and greater than 15 years of nursing experience. Her career path has been divergent across settings, population and clinical care focus. She found her passion for senior care during the Geriatric Care rotation in the Undergraduate Nursing program at Saint Xavier University. She continued to fulfill this passion by caring for the aging in community based care, as a volunteer Nursing Home Ombudsman and providing services in the form of "ministry" at a local nursing home. Amelia holds a certification as a Case Manager and Dementia Practitioner and is committed to partnering with each client and their families.

Doretha Reid - VP

Doretha "Dee" Reid has a rich and varied background in the operational and business aspects of healthcare operations. Her professional career paths for 15 years were administrator, project management, budget control, and vendor negotiations. She became an advocate for Veterans through the American Legion Dorie Miller 915 from 2001 to 2009. In 2010, she successfully completed the required State Approved Nurse Assistant Training program and competency evaluation under the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987 (OBRA). Since full retirement from the corporate world, Dee is a program coordinator and Board Member of Huntsville Area Community Service Center (HACSC, Inc.) which is a ministry committed to caring for seniors and families in the communities.

Jacqueline Summerville

Jacqueline Summerville serves on the board of the Rophe Healthcare Adult Day Service Center. Her background is in Healthcare where many of her positions dealt with compliance of Regulatory Standards on local, state and Federal levels. She also ensured that clinicians were compliant with their documentation and followed best practice protocols within those healthcare organizations. She has also always had a passion for the Geriatric population as she used to volunteer at several Chicagoland Nursing Homes providing ministry to the residents.
