RUNNING LOGIC - Key Persons


Andrew Walker

Andrew is the newest memeber of the team, having completed his sports therapy in 2021 and now completing his training to work as a running coach wihtin the team. He is utilising his rugby playing past with his understanding of movement patterns to develop and build stronger runners, who can achieve their runnign goals. Andrew is working as a running coach and helping with the running blogs and training the advanced runners training programmes and tehcnical ability.

Harriet Kabe

Job Titles:

Harriet helps build the visual content with Paul, being expert with the video set up and pulling together our Top Tips series and managing the website element of the Running Logic project. Harriet also helps Lucia with the social media management too.

Lucia Arias

Job Titles:
  • Social Media
Lucia helps push the messaging out to a wider audience through our social media, building the content and interacting with the audience we are building. Lucia is currently studying Sports Rehabilitation so has a real interest in movement and running development.

Paul Goss

Paul has worked with runners of all levels for over 10 years, developing their technique to avoid injury, improve efficency and ultimately enhance performance gains. All built around his 25+ years working as a physiotherapist helping runners return form injury.

Sergio Gutierrez

Sergio has been working as a physiotherapist for over 8 years now and 2 years ago joined Paul to work as a physiotherapist at Body Logic Health. His interest in sport has lead him to further develop his skills and become a running coach. He is pulling together his sporting background, understanding of movement and training to help runners of all levels achieve their goals. Sergio is working with Travis on the blogs and assessments of runners through our advanced programme.

Travis Thompson

Travis has been working with Paul for 3 years now as a running coach and is using the knowledge and movement assesmsent ot hlep re-train runners technique and build stronger runners. Utilising his sports therapy background to help take runners to a new level. Travis is writing blogs and completing running analysis and training programmes for runners as part of his role at Running Logic.
