Amie has been in the dental industry for over 10 years and has experience in both dental assisting and reception. She has a passion for helping others and has also completed her Cert III in Dental Assisting. She has recently moved from New South Wales, and she calls Brisbane her home now.
Dr. Kajaria graduated from James Cook University in Cairns, Queensland and has worked in Brisbane since 2017. He loves dentistry for its balanced blend of art and science. Though he practises all aspects of dentistry, he has particular interest in cosmetics, minor surgeries and implantology. His conservative approach to treatment planning is reflected when he engages patients and empowers them into making informed decisions for best possible outcomes. His motto is "creating smiles one tooth at a time".
Outside of clinic, Nish can be found on hiking trails, exploring culture and art around Brisbane or taking random classes, whether be pottery, painting, or playing a musical instrument.

Dr Shelly graduated in the year 2005. She has practiced dentistry in a few private practices. She loves all aspects of dentistry. With extensive education and training, Dr Shelly possesses a strong foundation in dentistry. She continues to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field through continuous education and professional development. What sets Dr Shelly apart is her commitment to personalized care. She understands that each patient has unique needs and concerns, and she takes the time to listen attentively and develop customized treatment plans. Dr Shelly believes in open communication, ensuring that patients fully understand their treatment options and actively participate in decisions about their oral health.
She has two adorable kids who keep her busy outside her professional life.
Vik graduated in 2005. He operated his own dental practice before moving with his wife and daughter to Australia in 2013. While in Townsville, he worked in a private dental practice and also supervised/trained dental students in James Cook University. From there, he moved to Brisbane and worked for few years in Redcliffe (QLD) before finally started working in Sandgate (QLD).

Monica lives in the local area, is married and has 3 daughters.
She began dental assisting after completing Year 12 at school. After many years in the dental industry, she took few years off to raise her daughters. She has been back working for 8 years now renewing her passion and loves coming to work at Sandgate Bayside Dental.

With degrees in Oral Health and Psychology from the University of Queensland, Rena is committed to providing high quality, gentle care, whilst maintaining a relaxed, positive attitude. She loves to have a laugh and is great at creating rapport with children and adults alike.
Whilst undertaking her degree in Hygiene and Therapy, Rena achieved the Oral Health Prize for Overall Excellence, as well as numerous commendations for high achievement [in both Oral Health and Psychology] and has published two papers in the industry.

Taylor joined the practice in July 2020 after completing a certificate III in Dental Assisting. Since working at Sandgate Bayside Dental Taylor has gained valuable knowledge and experience in dental assisting. She really enjoys being part of the team.
Taylor loves photography, arts and crafts projects, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Thayla joined Sandgate Bayside Dental in October 2021. Thayla is very passionate about dentistry and is very helpful. She loves the staff and the patients that walk through the doors. In her spare time she likes to dance, hang out with her family and friends, and play with her new puppy Pickles.
