In 2018, Gretchen and Daniel Scardino founded Scardino LLP to serve their diverse legal practices. After managing Reed & Scardino LLP, a successful IP litigation boutique with over fifty lawyers and staff at its height, Daniel was determined to spend more of his time solving his clients' legal issues than administering the day-to-day operations of a large law office. After practicing law for two decades, Daniel has broad and deep experience in multiple practice areas but specializes in federal court litigation and corporate governance and transactions. Gretchen, who maintains an active commercial litigation and appellate law practice, wanted to focus more of her time on capital habeas corpus litigation in federal and state courts.
