Brenda Frank

Brenda is responsible for overall project administration/controls and procurement functions for the SNG family of companies. Brenda has a background in financial and business management. This includes over two decades of experience with IBM and Lockheed Martin, Federal Systems Division. Prior to joining SNG in 2014, she was instrumental in the start-up and ongoing business management of a new 8(a) Alaskan Native Group company for over 7 years. In that role, Brenda provided financial oversight, project control, and managed a team of administrative, project, and procurement professionals. She has been the recipient of two leadership awards from Lockheed Martin and was the first-year recipient of the Pinnacle achievement award from Akima, LLC.

Carmina Carper

Carmina serves as the President of SNG subsidiaries Great Hill Solutions, LLC, and Seneca Federal Health, LLC. She oversees the operations of the company, focusing on the standardization and continuous improvement of processes and procedures, and the execution of high-quality service for our customers. Carmina has a background in Government program management, human capital management, and adult learning. She has worked with agencies across the Department of Defense and civilian agencies, including the Department of State (DOS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), U.S. Army Medical Department (AMEDD), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and the U.S. Marine Corps. Carmina is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Human Capital Strategist. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia, as well as a Master's in Education, with a concentration in Instructional Design and Development, from George Mason University.

Deborah Cricklin

Deb serves as Vice President, Western Door Federal Operations. She oversees all management aspects of multiple projects within a portfolio of contracts including project budgets, delivery schedules, staff management, and deliverables. Deb is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with extensive background in the Intelligence Community and defense industry. She holds a Master of Science in International Relations from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from the United States Air Force Academy. Deb retired from the U.S. Air Force following 26 years of service.

Eric Smith

Eric leverages SNG's diverse portfolio of capabilities and his background in strategy, business development, capture, and proposals to drive growth. Eric has more than 20 years of experience leading and winning high-end IT and intelligence services contracts with the Federal Government at both large and small businesses. He has an appreciation for the full lifecycle of government contracting, having held various roles in strategy development/execution, program management, and business unit leadership. Eric holds a master's degree in technology management, a bachelor's degree in biology, and numerous certifications/accreditations. He received his Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification in 2005 and holds seven additional certifications and accreditations, including being Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).

Janet McCoy

Janet McCoy serves as Company President of Seneca Global Services (SGS). She is responsible for the performance of all service contracts and personnel within the company. Janet's focus is on hiring and developing the best talent to support our government customers in meeting their operational needs. She has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, training, adult learning, and government program management. Janet holds a bachelor's degree from West Virginia University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).

Jason Ahn

Jason Ahn is responsible for the Seneca Nation Group's (SNG) overall business development strategy, initiatives, and execution, working with SNG subsidiaries to drive business success. He has held various marketing and sales positions for globally recognized companies, including Michelin, MCI, Global Crossing, and NANA, as well as working for venture-backed start-up companies in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining SNG in 2012, he worked as a consultant helping KDDI, KT, and SAIC expand their international market presence. Jason has an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA in International Business from George Washington University. He also served as an officer in the United States Army.

Kerrie McCabe

Kerrie serves as the President of SNG subsidiaries Seneca Solutions and Western Door Federal, LLC, where she is responsible for the performance of all contracts and personnel. She has more than 20 years of experience in management, consulting, training, leadership development, and human capital solutions for industry and government. Kerrie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Health and Human Services from the University at Buffalo and a Master's in Education Administration from the University at Buffalo. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP®), a Human Capital Specialist (HCS), and is certified in MBTI and EQ-i.

Matt Haaga

Matt serves as Vice President of Legal and Compliance. He leads the teams responsible for contracting, Ethics and Compliance, and legal support across all Seneca Holdings and SNG companies. Prior to joining the company in 2021, Matt held senior legal positions for globally recognized companies, including Booz Allen Hamilton and Emergent BioSolutions. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Miami University of Ohio, and a Juris Doctorate from George Mason University.

Matthew Jesinsky

Matthew serves as the President of SNG subsidiaries Seneca Global Services, LLC, Seneca Strategic Partners, LLC, and Executive Protection Systems, LLC. He is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of business experience. Matt currently leads a team of professionals that provide a variety of products and services to the Federal Government. He leverages his extensive knowledge of industry and government regulations to drive revenue, profit, and growth to build value for federal government contractors. Matt has spent more than 20 years of his career working for Small Business Tribal Organizations and has become a subject matter expert on the Small Business Administration's (SBA) Tribal 8(a) program and SBA rules, regulations, and compliance requirements. He has in depth knowledge of setting up and creating companies while helping them grow into profitable businesses. A graduate of George Mason University with a BS in Marketing, Matt demonstrates excellence in high level contract negotiations, strategic planning, communications, and interpersonal skills supported by a comprehensive knowledge of resource management, organizational development, team building, and project execution.

Meredith Anderson

Meredith serves as Vice President, Learning & Organizational Development. She works with leaders to align strategy, structure, and people capabilities. Meredith's background is in advancing organizational learning and culture to drive performance. She's an ICF-certified coach and received her master's degree in psychology from Harvard University's Extension School and her undergraduate degree from James Madison University.

Michael Grammo

Michael oversees the financial operations across all SNG companies, managing the forecast planning and budgets activities, conducting analysis to support organizational strategy, supporting business development, and overseeing all pricing activities. He has a background in both finance and government program management, having managed several Department of Defense agencies in a consulting and management capacity. Michael holds a bachelor's degree from Eastern Washington University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, with a concentration in Finance.

Roger Foote

Roger Foote serves as Vice President of Business Development. His background is in both federal and commercial business. Since 2007, he has directed business development and account management in the federal marketplace. Prior to coming to Seneca, Roger helped grow a Native organization to become one of the top 100 federal contractors. He has worked in leadership roles in startup ventures in the United States and abroad. Roger received his MBA and MS from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a BA from George Mason University.

Shoeb Siraj

Shoeb serves as the President of Seneca Technologies and is responsible for overseeing the technical solution delivery and execution within the company's defense and civilian sectors. As a thought leader in the realm of digital transformation, he collaborates closely with the leadership team at Seneca Nation Group to provide support in the areas of digital strategy and innovation, ultimately working to enhance value for our customers. Prior to joining SNG, Shoeb held various leadership roles in both government consulting and the private sector. He has built successful, growing teams using leadership, technology, and teamwork to exceed customer objectives. Shoeb is routinely trusted to transform organizations and deliver sustained success. He has a strong management and technology background with a master's degree in business administration from Texas A&M University, a master's degree in electrical engineering from George Washington University, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from The Catholic University of America. Shoeb is a lifelong learner and a teacher. He has been an adjunct professor for over 15 years at various universities in the Washington, DC area.

Stan Fleming - President

Stan has extensive experience in both federal and commercial businesses, with a passion for accelerating business outcomes for Indigenous-owned enterprises. He has consulted with traditional owners in the United States, Australia, and Papua New Guinea, and operationally led the creation and growth of 12 businesses for those Indigenous-owned organizations over the last 17 years. Stan is also passionate about innovative technology, having served in a cyber security platform company in Silicon Valley and having supported revenue acceleration efforts for numerous entrepreneurial ventures. He was awarded MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy. Stan is retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserves.

Tina Kang

Tina serves as Vice President of Business Development Operations. She has held various division operations and program management positions and has over 20 years of government and commercial consulting experience. Tina has served as Senior Director at Brillient Corporation and director level positions at Akira Technologies and Maximus Federal. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a Business Concentration and a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.

Warren Kmetz

Warren serves as the President for Seneca Federal Solutions, LLC, a SNG subsidiary. He oversees operations and is responsible for multiple programs within the Department of Defense and Department of Justice. Warren also serves as SNG's SCIF and VTC subject matter expert. In his 35 years of supporting the Federal Government, he has held various operational positions and managed countless projects, including the 15-year Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) project where he served as a consultant to AT&T on its Defense Commercial Telecommunications Network and Defense Video Services-Global contracts. Warren also served as a construction manager for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command projects for other tribally owned entities. Warren holds a technical degree in HVAC from Lincoln Technical Institute.
