SINCLAIR DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS (SDS)

Rodney Sinclair is an experienced real estate professional with almost 20 years working in and around the Greater Boston area on projects of all sizes. Rodney began his career in 2001 at the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA), currently the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA), where he worked in the Development Review Department permitting small and large-scale real estate projects. There, Rodney permitted over 40 real estate projects in all of Boston's neighborhoods. In his role, was responsible for facilitating project teams through the City of Boston's Article 80 Design Review process. His most notable projects were 120 Kingston Street, Phase 6A of the Prudential Mast Plan, the W Hotel, and the Jackson Square Master Plan, where he worked with key City of Boston and community leadership on the design and build-out of an 11-acre site.
