Eric is a trusted deal lawyer with extensive M&A and capital markets experience. Having worked for elite law firms such as Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Eric has worked on high-stakes transactions for clients such as Amazon.com, Jerry Jones, Banc of America Securities LLC, Palantir and Greenlane Holdings. Eric has twice been selected as a "Rising Star" by Texas Super Lawyers for M&A and is a 2015 graduate of the Duke University School of Law.

Having worked for elite law firms such as Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Cooley LLP, Kevin has been involved in high-stakes transactions for clients such as AT&T, Halliburton, JPMorgan, Toyota Racing, and TPG. From 2019 to 2022, Kevin was in-house senior corporate counsel for securities and M&A for Flowserve Corp., a NYSE-listed Fortune 1000 manufacturer, while also running K. Henderson Law PLLC, a part-time solo corporate practice focused on SMB and lower middle market clients. Kevin has been selected as a "Rising Star" by Texas Super Lawyers for M&A and Securities.
