On 2nd March 2023 we held the last official project activity, the final meeting of the Project Steering Committee (PSC), during which we presented the Final Report and the achievements of the EU-funded project "Supporting the modernization and De-Institutionalization of Social Services", which we implemented....... Support the establishment and improve the availability of community-based social services across the country and reduce the number of children and adults with disabilities who live in long-term residential institutions for social care.
