Henriikka Mäkinen is a resident instructor at Buttonwood Farm in Southwest Ranches and now at Bavarian Sky Farm in Loxahatchee Groves, where she keeps and trains her 2012 Finish warmblood stallion Wiittala Theodor. She has raised him from a foal into the wonderful FEI partner that he is today. Henriikka graduated from Finnish Riding School in 2008 and has been working ever since, giving riding lessons and training horses. Henriikka has several school horses that she can teach lessons on at Buttonwood and is also available to teach at facilities nearby. Henriikka is good at grounding her students and young horses in a strong dressage foundation.
