Alexander joined South Shore Partners in June 2019 as a Development Associate. Prior to working at SSP, Alexander worked as an analyst for a San Francisco-based real estate investment firm and spent 2+ years at a start-up focused on machine learning applications for the construction and development industries. Alexander grew up in Seattle and graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Economics.

The Managing Member of South Shore Partners, Bob has overseen the construction, delivery and management of over 300 apartment units in the Greater Seattle Area. Bob has 35+ years of construction experience, and was awarded the BuiltGreen Builder of the Year Award in 2014 for the construction of high-efficiency apartment buildings in Seattle, WA.
Rebecca joined South Shore Partners in June 2021 as an intern, and after graduating joined the team as a market research analyst. Rebecca grew up in Seattle and graduated with a degree in Psychology from Lewis and Clark College, where she was captain of the women's soccer team.
