Max Cyber and QTGpossess an SBA approved Joint Venture (SDS), executed in 2020, allowing our two companies continue developing our joint capabilities via our 8(a) JV to deliver services under the GSA STARS III contract vehicle. Under this agreement, Max Cybersecurityis the managing partner and QTG provides guidance toon a variety of business topics including contracts administration and business development. The JV meets all he requirements stipulated under the SBA Mentor/Protégé program established pursuant to C.F.R. §124.520 (a). We have combined and adopted the best practices of each company's policies, procedures, and compensation plans for JV implementation.
