As Chief Engineer, Ryan oversees drafting and engineering, and works closely with internal and external partners to ensure projects are delivered to expectations. His career began in 1990 and he brings a wide skillset from his roles as Field Services Engineer, Design Engineer, and Senior Project Manager, as well as seven years as a Consulting Engineer. Ryan joined Wells in 2011 and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2013. He focuses much of his effort on centralizing the accounting and finance functions of the company, and recently migrated two separate companies to one legal entity. He also focuses on labor efficiency and lean initiative in the production environment.
