As Director of Marketing, Megan (known as MK) develops marketing strategies for Wells' Midwest, Mountain States and Great Lakes regions. With over 25 years of experience in the precast industry, Mike has been an integral part of Wells since 2004, showcasing his versatility through involvement in quality control, drafting, and engineering. Mike is a licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota, and has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of North Dakota. In his role as Facades Engineer, he takes a client-centric approach, supporting the needs of internal and external customers, adapting to evolving industry standards, and identifying areas for improvement and cost savings. Reid began his career at Wells in 2017 in the Quality Department. Today he is involved in preconstruction, working along clients on projects across various market segments, often converting buildings originally designed with other building methods into prefabricated concrete solutions by developing models and framing plans for architects and contractors. He is committed to using his unique skillset to find the best solution for client success.
Rick started his career over three decades ago and uses his experience and technical knowledge of the industry to help build strong client relationships. As Chief Engineer, Ryan oversees drafting and engineering, and works closely with internal and external partners to ensure projects are delivered to expectations. His career began in 1990 and he brings a wide skillset from his roles as Field Services Engineer, Design Engineer, and Senior Project Manager, as well as seven years as a Consulting Engineer.
Ryan joined Wells in 2011 and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2013. He focuses much of his effort on centralizing the accounting and finance functions of the company, and recently migrated two separate companies to one legal entity. He also focuses on labor efficiency and lean initiative in the production environment.

Seth began at Wells as a QC and then R&D intern during college and eventually transitioned to a full-time project engineer once he received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering. As a project engineer, Seth is responsible for the coordination and planning of Wells prefabricated building solutions, ensuring the components work within the building system to create projects that last. With certifications such as OSHA 30 and a commitment to community service through organizations like Spirit of Sharing, Taylor brings a well-rounded, client-focused approach to every endeavor.
As the Director of IT for Wells, Ted oversees the strategic alignment of technology with business goals, fosters innovation and provides IT team leadership essential for driving organizational success.
