Jillian is a South Bay native and currently resides in Hermosa Beach. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2019 where she majored in Geography and Environmental Studies, and was a four year Division I athlete on the Women's Rowing Team. Prior to coming over to Lyon Stahl, Jillian worked at Cushman & Wakefield where she moved from their DTLA property management team over to their South Bay brokerage team. At Lyon Stahl, she works with both the residential and multifamily investment teams coordinating transactions and marketing.In her free time, Jillian enjoys various ocean-related activities, running, skiing, backpacking, and live music. She is passionate about sustainability/environmentalism and mental health advocacy and volunteers regularly for organizations that support both.

Johnnie Stiegler is a 1st Vice President at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate. Johnnie grew up in Manhattan Beach, California and has consistently been one of the top producers at Lyon Stahl, year after year.He graduated from Northwood University in West Palm Beach Florida with a degree in business. Upon graduating, he returned to Southern California and worked as a sales and finance manager at his family's automobile dealership (Auto Stiegler Mercedes Benz of Encino, California) a well-known business that existed for more than 50 years.After deciding to follow his passion in real estate, Johnnie joined Lyon Stahl and was awarded Top Producer his first year. Johnnie has always gone to great lengths, doing everything possible to help his clients succeed. He maintains a steadfast dedication to effectively guiding his clients through the process of reaching their real estate goals. He specializes in selling multifamily investment properties in the Beach Cities and throughout the South Bay communities.
Lucas Herbst was born and raised in Northern California and graduated from Santa Clara University where he earned a degree in communications. While at Santa Clara he was also a member of the baseball team all four years. After his time at Santa Clara, he continued to pursue his baseball passion playing professionally in the Baltimore Orioles organization for the next three years. Before joining the Lyon Stahl Team as an Associate Agent, Lucas spent the past three years as a sales associate for a restaurant supply company in San Jose.

Stephen Takahashi is 1st vice president at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate. After graduating from Santa Clara University in the spring of 2014, Stephen decided to move back to the South Bay. He demonstrates a client-first attitude as he continues to contribute new business.Prior to Lyon Stahl, Stephen was employed at Lee & Associates, where he focused on office leasing. There he was able to see the real estate market from another lens but ultimately found his interests were in multifamily. Born in Torrance, Stephen currently resides in Palos Verdes.
