For over 60 years we have been coordinating and executing superior plannings for spacial constructions and furnishing of real estate... For each project we provide an engineer of construction as the project manager, who is fully responsible and will be the customer‘s exclusiv contact person throughout the entire project - anytime. The customer either receives lump-sum fixed prices for the whole project or we work out various solutions based on a fixed budget. Our customer receives an elaborate documentation as soon as the project in finished. If wished, we even take care of the customer‘s project after being finished in matters of facility management, tenant requirements, warranty and maintenance... Our business activities include consulting as well as planning and execution of construction work, furnishing, building equipment and facades concerning exisiting buildings..
