We can improve agility by improving the component parts - coordination, speed, strength, stamina and balance. Agility training exercises allow you to increase body awareness, selected exercises and movements. Depending on your training plan, these exercises can be tailored to certain motor skills specific in your sport of choice. Since agility is based on stop and start demands placed on the body, it requires good strength or the quality of movement will be diminished.
