Dr. Henry is an architect by trade with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a former Chairman of the Hillsborough County/City of Tampa Planning Commission, former member of the Hillsborough County Housing Finance Authority (HFA), and former member and Chairman of the Hillsborough County Industrial Development Authority (IDA)... Having the community on board with a project could be the difference between it quickly moving forward or getting held up due to push back from local residents.
