Our program fosters innovation, teamwork, grit, and leadership that prepares students for a lifetime of future success in and beyond STEM... Team 5137 empowers Mission Hills High School students through STEM education in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC). In the foreground, our team develops essential engineering skills through strategic planning, innovative design, and in all aspects of building a fully-functioning robot that can be successful in competition. In the background, students manage the real-world business of program management, marketing, public relations, and fundraising... Iron Kodiaks foster leadership, valuable skills, and overall STEM participation. We pride ourself in the impact we make on our members and the consistent growth we see in our team year after year.
