Amanda Evans

Amanda is an Enrolled Agent, speaker, and coach. As a coach for Tax Rep Network, she works with members on tax resolution issues. At Green & Sklarz, she assists in both the tax representation and bankruptcy practice groups. Amanda is the current Secretary of the Connecticut Society of Enrolled Agents and an associate member of the Connecticut Bar Association. She was a presenter at the 2016 New England IRS Representation Conference on issues surrounding representation of an innocent spouse and the 2017 New England IRS Representation Conference on IRS Offers-in-Compromise. In 2019, she presented at the New England IRS Representation Conference on Offers & Installment Agreements and focused her discussion on how to handle business assets. Amanda has also given presentations on hobby loss exams, IRS collection, tax liens and tax levies.

Amani S. Ahmed

Amani S. Ahmed, CPA, MST is a coach and current member of Tax Rep Network. She brings her perspective as an active CPA tax resolution practitioner, her marketing expertise, and her experience as a Charter Platinum member to help TaxRep Network members succeed and thrive. Amani founded, owns, and operates her CPA tax and accounting practice, AGA Group LLC, which serves the D.C. Metropolitan area including Virginia and Maryland. During her 20+ years of practicing, Amani has prepared over 60,000 tax returns. She is a licensed CPA in Maryland and Virginia, and is also an appointed member of the IRS Small Business/Self Employed (SB/SE) Committee since 2010. Amani earned a B. S. in Business Management/Accounting, holds a Master's of Science in Taxation (MST) from Kogod Business School at American University in Washington, D.C., and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration majoring in Strategy and Innovation at University of the Southwest. In addition to AGA Group, she has founded I Am Worthy, Inc., which is a personal development company centered on social economy, spirituality, wealth building, and self-awareness.

Attorney Eric L. Green

Attorney Eric L. Green is a practicing tax attorney, author, speaker, and coach. He founded Tax Rep LLC which runs the popular tax representation practice-growth training and coaching program Tax Rep Network. Through his role as the primary instructor and coach at Tax Rep Network, he has helped thousands of accountants start and grow successful tax representation practices. Eric is a partner and founder of law firm Green & Sklarz LLP, which is based in New Haven, Connecticut, where his focus is taxpayer representation before the IRS, Department of Justice Tax Division and state departments of revenue. Prior to becoming an attorney, Eric served as a senior tax consultant for national and international accounting firms, including KPMG and Deloitte & Touche. Eric developed a national reputation by building a remarkable record of negotiating favorable settlements in thousands of civil cases against government agencies and has also been able to convince government agents and attorneys to forgo criminal charges and civilly resolve many cases. Eric is a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, an organization in which membership is an honor reserved for those at the top of their chosen profession. The College's members, called "Fellows," are recognized for their extraordinary accomplishments and professional achievements and for their dedication to improving the practice of tax law. Fellows must be nominated by their peers for this honor. Eric is a frequent lecturer at American Bar Association Tax Section conferences, accounting conferences, and state Enrolled Agent conferences. He served as adjunct faculty at the University of Connecticut School of Law where he taught law students to handle taxpayer representation matters in the low income taxpayer clinic. He is often quoted in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, CNN, CreditCard.com and Consumer Reports Financial News. Eric is the author of the Accountant's Guide to IRS Collection, the Accountant's Guide to Resolving Tax Debts, a contributing author on Advocating for Low Income Taxpayers: A Clinical Studies Casebook and was interviewed for the book Stop Hiding from the IRS: The Insider's Guide to Solving Your Tax Debts Once and For All. Attorney Green received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting with a minor in International Business from Hofstra University and is an honors graduate from New England School of Law. He earned a Masters of Laws in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.

Attorney Jeff Sklarz

Attorney Jeff Sklarz is a practicing tax and bankruptcy attorney, author, speaker, and coach. His role at Tax Rep Network is speaker, instructor, and coach to members. Jeff is a partner and founder of law firm Green & Sklarz LLP, which is based in New Haven, Connecticut, where his focus is on representing businesses and individuals with complex financial litigation needs including: bankruptcy/bankruptcy litigation, creditor/debtor litigation, tax litigation, pension and employee benefit litigation and commercial litigation. He regularly tries cases and appeals before Connecticut's state and federal courts. Jeff has particular experience regarding the interplay between and among bankruptcy law, tax law and ERISA. Jeff is a frequent lecturer for the American Bar Association Tax Section, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and many other organizations on taxation and bankruptcy issues, including the discharging of taxes and reorganizations through bankruptcy. Jeff is a 2005 recipient of the Connecticut Law Tribune's New Leaders of the Law Award (Overall Achievement, Fairfield County) and has been listed by New England Super Lawyer® as a Super Lawyer (Business Litigation) since 2010 (Rising Star 2010-2013), and was named a Fellow of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section (2011 - 2013). Jeff holds many positions with local and national bar organizations and is a frequent writer and lecturer on topics involving bankruptcy, tax litigation and commercial litigation. Current positions include: Chair of the Government Powers Sub-Committee of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section, Business Bankruptcy Committee and Education Director of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Bankruptcy Tax Committee. Jeff received his B.A. in government from Colby College, his J.D. from the University of Connecticut, School of Law and his LL.M. (Taxation) from Boston University, Graduate Tax Program. He is a member of the New Haven Jewish Community Center Board of Directors. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys playing with his kids and swimming, biking and running.

Klemens Raab

Klemens Raab is a marketing instructor, coach, tech wizard, and marketer at Tax Rep Network. He is the main support for both Eric and the members. He sets up and manages all programs and events, manages members' accounts and provides support when needed, coordinates internet marketing initiatives, and performs all technical duties. You can meet him in person at any of Eric's events as he manages the audio / visual and other in-person conference activities. Klemens has been working with Eric Green since 2010 and the inception of Tax Rep LLC. As an avid entrepreneur, he enjoys helping to build TRN from the ground up and sharing that vision with members. Klemens is founder and owner of by Storm Studios, a digital agency that provides technology solutions, digital brand management, and managed hosting solutions. He brings a strong background in technology as well as marketing solutions that deliver results to his clients. Prior to starting his business in 2008, Klemens provided technology solutions to numerous blue-chip companies including writing an application for NASA. Klemens holds a B.A. and M.A in English from the University of Dallas. When he is not working, you can find him coaching high school football, volunteering his tech skills at his children's schools, watching The Godfather, or spending family time with his wife and six kids.

Nicole Golino

Nicole Golino assists in the preparation of the IRS Representation Conference and Criminal Tax Day, events that are member benefits in Tax Rep Network. She is a Legal Assistant at Green & Sklarz and is working on achieving her Enrolled Agent designation. Nicole is likely the first person you would talk to when calling Green & Sklarz. She listens to each new potential client's situation and directs them to the next step in the firm where they can get help. She assists Eric and Amanda in the tax department as well as assisting in the bankruptcy group. She finds it rewarding to help people through their tough financial situations. When Nicole is not working, she enjoys baking, hiking and traveling. Her favorite travel destination is Charleston, South Carolina where she loves the history.

Sandi Leyva

Sandi Leyva, CPA, is a marketing instructor and coach at Tax Rep Network. She also works behind the scenes on the member portal, marketing technology and automation, copywriting, web design, social media, and other digital marketing. Sandi brings both her accounting marketing expertise and her experience running her own coaching and training programs to TaxRep LLC. Sandi is founder and owner of Sandra L. Leyva, Inc. which includes two major divisions, a training company, Accountant's Accelerator, and a full service digital marketing agency, Accelerator Websites. She has helped thousands of accounting professionals grow their accounting firms. Sandi has authored 30 books, dozens of CPE courses, and over 1,000 articles for clients such as Microsoft, Intuit, and the American Institute for CPAs. She was named one of the Top 25 Thought Leaders for 2014-2019 and one of the Most Powerful Women in Accounting in 2015 by CPA Practice Advisor. She won a 2013 Stevie Award for "Maverick of the Year" and was a member of the prestigious Forbes Coaches Council. Sandi earned an MBA, holds a CPA in Texas and California, and earned an MS in neuroscience. She is one of a handful of women in the world who has copiloted a single-engine airplane around the world. Her volunteer work in Kenya, Russia, and Nepal earned her an AWSCPA Public Service Award and a Baird Community Service Award. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time with family.
