We believe that leadership is learned through personal connection with others, through the sharing of ideas and practices which enhance an individual's leadership abilities. We feel that the best way to do this is through personal engagement, not coursework or tool-kits... We are leaders. We inspire others to be better leaders. We don't use workbooks, tool-kits, team building exercises. We won't make you row down the Danube or climb the Alps, unless you want to and then only as a recreational activity.
