MANSHIP FOUNDATION - Key Persons
Aaron is the younger brother to Clay and Evan Manship, and adds an additional five years of real estate experience to The Manship Foundation team. Aaron actively manages each stage of the project each home is in, as well actively acquires new projects on behalf of the foundation.
Aaron lives in downtown Indianapolis, alongside his golden retriever, Murphy.
Clay Manship is a real estate entrepreneur based out of Indianapolis, IN. When he is not working in his real estate ventures, he is passionate about serving on the board of several non-profits, including The Manship Foundation.
Clay lives in downtown Indianapolis, and enjoys spending his down-time with his wife Diana and dogs, Mack and Riley.
Alongside his twin brother Clay, Evan co-founded Mainstay Property Group, Midwest Cash Offer, and The Manship Foundation. Evan has a background in ground-up real estate development, an area that The Manship Foundation will soon explore, in order to provide hundreds of affordable units to the marketplace.
Evan lives on Eagle Creek Reservoir, along with his wife, Emily, and daughter, Elizabeth.
Jacob Messer serves as the project manager on behalf of The Manship Foundation, actively managing construction sites, and producing quality assurance for ongoing projects. Jacob grew up in the construction industry, and is passionate about the quality of home provided by The Manship Foundation.
Jacob lives in Greenwood, IN with his wife, Nicole.
