The Change Academy is a capacity building center providing trainings in English and French. We work diligently to equip human rights advocacy practitioners and leaders of political parties with the skills, support and mentoring they need to champion for human rights in Africa and nurture African parties on democratic principles... The Change Academy by Niyel is driven by love, love of ourselves and love for others. Love for laughter and community, love for what is just and what is inclusive. But our world is not built that way. Every gain in the struggle for all human rights has been hard won. Change is hard, but possible, and so fulfilling.
