Our food is a marriage of new and traditional American cuisine featuring elevated takes on classic staples. We update our menu seasonally to ensure quality and creativity and only use the freshest locally sourced meat, fish and produce. Our bourbon-inspired dishes are cooked to order on our wood-fired grill that uses wooden staves from our bourbon barrels to produce that exceptional open flame taste. The Urban Stillhouse is reservation-only for all dining, including bar seating. Our countertop seating along the upstairs railing and the lounge is available for walk-ins on a first come, first served basis and offers appetizers and cocktails. Calling ahead is recommended, as sometimes it is unavailable due to a private event.
