TIM - Key Persons
Andrew Chavez works in the Litigation Department at the Law Offices of Tim D. Wright and under Mr. Wright's guidance, has picked up many litigation skills beneficial to the entire office. Andrew is a quick learner and the firm's resident question asker. Andrew believes that there are no stupid questions. Andrew likes to spend his free time taking things apart, such as puzzles and video games to see how they operate. He has recently married his longtime high school sweetheart and is enjoying his family life.
Baker O. Terry Jr., is an attorney that has been working with the Law Offices of Tim D. Wright somewhere between 3 and 5 years now. He has an A.B. in Economics from Stanford, followed by his J.D. from Berkeley Law.
He grew up in suburban St. Louis, MO before heading to California. During summers in college, Baker worked in salmon canneries in Alaska and British Columbia. Before taking the bar, Baker clerked for law firms in Beverly Hills, Honolulu, and downtown L.A.
Baker started his life as a litigation attorney with a large firm based in downtown L.A., then moved to the smaller downtown L.A. office of a Silicon Valley firm. Baker's "biggest" case included 12 weeks in trial in San Jose. Since most of that part of his legal career involved defending large corporate interests, Baker brings a particularly useful perspective to the practice of plaintiff personal injury litigation.
Besides law practice, Baker spent a number of years involved in real estate investments in the San Fernando Valley, and is a licensed real estate broker. Aside from Baker's professional life, he is an enthusiastic (and regular) skier and tennis player. He also enjoys travel and reading (particularly biography and other non-fiction works), and has a keen interest in politics and current affairs. Baker is an experienced and loving dog person, currently "between dogs" after two 14-year tours of duty with very special ones!
Celene Santiago heads up the Medical Records department at the Law Offices of Tim D. Wright for the past year. Celene's job duties involve working closely with the Pre-Litigation and Litigation departments. Researching and sending requests out, not just to providers but to health insurances as well.
Celene has been married for over 15 years with her high school sweetheart and has two daughters which she adores and she also loves doing voluntary work at their school. On her free time she takes her girls on hikes, preferably waterfalls hikes since they love being in the water. But Celene's definite hobby is going camping and two of her favorite places have been Yosemite National Park and South Lake Tahoe. She currently only has one Labrador dog, Duchess, and three English parakeets; Kobe, Gigi, and Kawhi. As you can tell, Celene and her family are basketball fans. Basketball is part of her culture.

Ivan Flores, is a legal assistant at the Law Offices of Tim D. Wright. He is one of the newest additions to the firm. He received his BA in criminal justice of administration from California State of Dominguez Hills. He hopes to take his education to a higher level and attend law school to become a lawyer one day. The aspiration came from growing up in an underrepresented community, and the lack of resources and guidance was in need. He wants to provide his experience and knowledge and apply it to the work field. Help those who feel misrepresented. His area of expertise is the demand area of cases in which he gathers all the information after the client has stopped receiving medical treatment and provides it to the defense to try to compensate our clients for their pain and suffering.
Jazmin Hurtado is a Hearing Representative for the Workers Compensation Department at the Law Offices of Tim Wright. Jazmin has worked in the Workers Compensation arena for the past 22 years and is extremely knowledgeable in this field, she attends hearings, depositions and is our negotiator on behalf of our office. Jazmin spends the majority of her time with her 17-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter. She is a soccer fanatic and enjoys her free time cooking.

Mercedes Cano is the Human Resources and office manager at the Law Offices of Tim D. Wright. Mercedes has worked for Mr. Wright for the greater part of 23 years. Ms. Cano has been a case manager for over 30 years and has learned the ins and outs of the major insurance companies. Ms. Cano spends her free time with her son and daughter walking their dog, Kobe. Ms. Cano is a huge fan of the Los Angeles Football Club and has not missed any games since they started playing.

Sergio Palacios is the head negotiator and office manager at the Law Offices of Tim D. Wright. Through his several years of experience, Mr. Palacios has learned to aggressively pursue the highest possible settlement on behalf of our clients. Sergio spends his free time with his wife and family, often grilling various forms of seafood and red meat, and frequents the seashore committing the day to offshore sportfishing to decompress. His motto is "never settle for less".

Tim D. Wright is a personal injury lawyer licensed in New York and California.
It has been thirty-four years since Tim opened the doors to his law firm and he is as excited today about his practice as he was in 1983. Tim creates and manifests big ideas thus achieving expansive results for his clients. His success as a lawyer is evident not only in the sheer number of cases that he has won but also by the loyal and nurturing relationships that he has developed with his clients and staff.
Tim obtained his law degree from California Western School of Law. Having grown up in Pasadena and being a University of Southern California alumnus, he is not only committed to helping those in Southern California but his services are entrusted to clients throughout the whole state.
Tim is a member of the California Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
