Threshold Physical Therapy and Performance is located in Olde Town Arvada, Colorado. Founded in the fall of 2018, we have made it our mission to advance the practice of physical therapy by providing our patients with one-on-one therapy treatments. Because we don't overlap appointments, we are able to provide our patients with more effective and focused treatments that result in improved, more timely, outcomes. We have treated patients from collegiate level athletes to individuals in their 90s and believe everyone should have access to the benefits of physical therapy.
