In addition to her corporate functions, Sharleen is passionate towards contributing to not-for-profits. With a focus on breaking the cycle of homelessness for women and their children and changing the lives of those most vulnerable in the community, Sharleen is currently a partner at Women in Need, Inc. and chair of the Development Committee for the Junior Board at The Bridge Inc. Talia Rapps is the founder of The Butterfly Charity Foundation which has produced both The Total Revolution Conference (a Jewish women's empowerment conference) and The Spiritual Experience Events. Talia has always been passionate about helping people at all different junctures of the life cycle. A certified clinical social worker, Talia spent 16 years working in the healthcare space, and served as the director of patient care services for Grandell Rehab for seven years before retiring to pursue her mission at The Butterfly Charity Foundation. Talia also established her own healthcare recruitment and marketing firm, TAL Connections, which was officially incorporated in 2017. Talia is also the fundraising director of The Zichron Nechama Charity in Israel which helps orphans in Israel. Of Talia's many pursuits, her enthusiasm for people and life propels her in all her endeavors. Talia's passion is educating the world on the beauty of spirituality illuminated through the Bible. Talia feels it is her destiny to advance the TSE mission and always searches for ways to inspire others and empower them with hope.

He now lives in Chicago, Illinois where he works as an executive coach and career consultant. Yaakov's mission is to help young professionals identify and monetize their talents and passions by building thriving businesses and successful careers.
