Mr. Kaoru Kambe is a Director in KSW from 2017. He handles the Engineering side of our business like Project Execution, Vendor Management, Project Costing etc. He has pioneered using a patented magnetic Solar mounting system in India along with our Japanese vendor. He is instrumental in educating our team in India on Solar Energy and Systems. He has earlier worked in an Electronic Industry in Japan and Thailand. He is a Graduate in Economics from Nihon University, Japan.
Mr. Keiichi Higuchi is the President of KSW. He is also the President of Kawasaki Rikuso Transportation (KRT) based in Tokyo. His family is in the Logistics Business in Japan for more than a century. Mr. Higuchi gives vision and leadership to the company. He is inspired by the noble vision of helping farmers of India and enhancing their income through storage and value addition by utilizing KRT's expertise in the area of temperature and humidity controlled warehouses. He is instrumental in bringing the Solar Energy Storage System for agriculture purposes in India. He believes that value addition will play a pivotal role in increasing farmer's income. He has an MBA (Materials & Logistics Management) from Michigan State University in USA.

Mr. Poran Dass is the Indian Director in KSW. He is a Finance Professional and an Entrepreneur. He has advised large corporations on M&A related to Agriculture Businesses. He has been a founding member of KSW and supervises the India Operations. He is equally passionate like Mr. Higuchi in bringing a transformation in the life of farmers. He has earlier worked in prestigious Financial Institutions like ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and Motilal Oswal Securities Private Ltd. He is a Physics Graduate from St. Stephen's College, Delhi and a Masters in Investment Banking from University of Reading in UK.
Ms. Parichita Chakravorty is the General Manager and in charge for our West Bengal Operations. She joined KSW in January, 2020. She is responsible for the entire supply chain and business development activities of KSW. She has earlier worked in large enterprises like Quess Corporation and HDFC Bank. She is post graduate in Human Resources from Kolkata University.
