We've always had a passion for growing vegetables in our garden while also looking for ways to prepare them and preserve them for winter enjoyment. Now with microgreens we can grow and eat them throughout the winter. Healthy nutrition is a passion of ours. Over the past few years we have been discovering how nutrient dense food can improve our health; food can either make us healthier or more sick over time. For Ron, making healthier food choices has completely eliminated the need to take any prescription medication over the past few years; at 56 years old that's really exciting and freeing.
