Andrew Baden

Job Titles:
  • Operations Site Manager
Andrew joined the Tandem team in 1995 in our Fort Wayne location and helped launch the original brand. He later transitioned to Indianapolis where he serves as operations site manager overseeing all production operations. He has over 33 years of experience in the mail and print industry.

Brandon Shepherd

Job Titles:
  • Production Manager, Fort Wayne
Brandon joined the Tandem team in Fort Wayne in 2021 as production manager. He is in charge of setting up and meeting production goals, assisting the staff to ensure that production runs as planned, and maintaining the equipment to ensure it is running properly. Prior to his work at Tandem, Brandon was a delivery driver for Amazon. He also worked with kids with disabilities at the Boys and Girls Club in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in theology from Grand Canyon University.

Ed Dahlkamp

Job Titles:
  • Press Room Supervisor
Ed joined Tandem in 2016 as Press Room Supervisor. He works in Tandem's print division operating our digital offset presses and bindery equipment. Ed has been in the photography and printing industry for 26 years and holds a BFA from IU Herron School of Art. He has three certifications from HP on Indigo presses operator, shared maintenance, and pre-press.

Jeff Birnell

Job Titles:
  • Manager
Jeff joined Tandem in 2002 and has held several positions within the organization. He currently helps manage the inserting department for mail operations, but he offers assistance in many other areas as a "jack of all trades." Jeff is certified in the Dale Carnegie program.

Jeff Harris - VP

Job Titles:
  • Vice President
Jeff brings nearly 20 years of senior management experience to Tandem. He serves as vice president overseeing all operations. He also oversees AWRC Industries work centers, Highway Safety Specialists, and facilities management and ground maintenance for Tandem's sister company, Benchmark Human Services. In support of our mission, Jeff serves as the board chair of Ability Indiana Board of Directors. Before joining Benchmark in 2007, Jeff managed customer service and quality control teams at a Fortune 500 company. He holds a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership and supervision from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, and an MBA from Indiana Institute of Technology.

Jeff Keck

Job Titles:
  • Manager, Document Conversion
Jeff manages the document conversion business at Tandem. He oversee the department's production, staffing, and customer relationships. Before joining Tandem in 2016, Jeff worked in business process outsourcing for a Fortune 500 company providing mailroom management, document conversion, digital print, production mail, and facilities management. His career encompasses 35 years in the industry. Jeff studied management courses at IUPUI. He has extensive training in process workflows, TQM, ISO, and six sigma methodologies.

Joe McKinney

Job Titles:
  • Director
Joe serves as director of Tandem, overseeing operations in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Indiana as well as mailroom management at Whiteman AFB, Wright-Patterson AFB, and Kennedy Space Center. Prior to joining Tandem, Joe was a quality assurance technician and plant manager at a large print and mail facility in Indianapolis for 10 years. He has been involved in the print and mail industry since he was 18 years old. Joe studied at IUPUI, is a certified ISO auditor, and studied lean manufacturing and six sigma at Kellogg School of Management.

Leslie Armstrong

Job Titles:
  • Office Manager
  • Office Manager, Fort Wayne
As office manager, Leslie handles customer inquiries and billing. She also supervises Tandem's hand crew and flats mail sorter technicians. She has worked in accounting and mail departments in both the insurance and banking industries. Leslie studied accounting at International Business College.

Lucas Strohmenger

Job Titles:
  • Pre - Press Coordinator / Graphic Designer
Lucas Strohmenger joined Tandem in 2017 and serves as Pre-Press Coordinator and Graphic Designer for Tandem's print and mail divisions. Within his role, Lucas coordinates with the rest of the team to set up print files in a way that makes production as easy as possible. He also works with variable data to create personalized print and mail pieces. Prior to joining Tandem, Lucas interned for a stock photo agency in Pasadena, CA, worked in the Photography Department at the Indianapolis Museum of Art (now Newfields), and spent 10 years working for a large format printing company in Indianapolis. He hold a BA in Computer Arts from SUNY Oneonta.

Marmiko DeCeita

Job Titles:
  • Program Manager
Marmiko joined Tandem in 2016 to manage the implementation of Tandem's contract with the State of Indiana. After implementation she chose to stay on and manage that large contract. Additionally, she consults on project start-ups throughout Benchmark, Tandem's sister company. She also serves as a member of the organization's Diversity Committee. Before joining Tandem, Marmiko held program management and product line management positions in the following television/media, pharmaceuticals, and aerospace. She earned her master's degree in business administration (MBA), and is a certified project management professional (PMP).

Michelle Parke

Job Titles:
  • Account Manager
Michelle serves as account manager working in the print division of Tandem, where she manages production of print orders from quoting to shipping the final product. Michelle has worked in the print/design industry for 35 years and was an account manager/CSR/graphic designer at DCG: Digital Color Graphics for almost 20 of those years. Prior to that, she worked at Marbaugh Engineering as corporate communications director and assistant manager of their color digital department. She holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design/fine arts, with a minor in psychology.

Teresa Salemi-Gumiran

Job Titles:
  • Customer Service Manager
  • in 2011 As an Account Coordinator
Teresa joined Tandem in 2011 as an account coordinator and has taken on additional responsibilities as needed. As customer service manager, she builds and maintains relationships with Tandem's customers. She also works closely with our production team on customer projects and the accounting team to ensure accurate billing.

Todd Staszak

Job Titles:
  • Operations Manager for Tandem 's Fort Wayne
  • Site Operations Manager, Fort Wayn
Todd serves as site operations manager for Tandem's Fort Wayne facility, where he oversees the staff and ensures the equipment is running properly. He joined Tandem in 1996 as a training supervisor and quickly assumed the role of data specialist and facilitated database and document conversion while becoming well acquainted with the USPS rules and regulations. Todd studied communications at Western Michigan University and holds a Mailpiece Design Professional certification with the USPS.
