From offices on Union Square in New York City, Tipper oversees both residential and commercial interiors projects, frequently collaborating with outside architects... New York City based high-end residential decorating and interior design firm specializing in decoration of houses and apartments with an emphasis on complete or partial renovations in a clean and edited style that incorporates a mix of new furnishings as well as selected antiques.
