Angelica D. Albrecht is the Senior Paralegal and Driver of Medical Revenue Recovery for the New York PIP Department.
Angelica graduated from Saint Peter's University in Jersey City in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. In 2004, Angelica received her Certification of Paralegal Studies from Saint Peter's University as well.
During a legal career spanning 16 years, Angelica has garnered extensive experience in the Auto Insurance field with a concentration in Personal Injury Protection.
Angelica joined Callagy Law in 2013 as an entry level paralegal in the New Jersey PIP Litigation Department after several years of working for some of the top insurance companies in the country, such as GEICO and AIG. In 2018, Angelica became the Driver for the New York Medical Revenue Recovery Department, where she trains key support staff in addition to overseeing the department's workload.

Barbara has been working with Sean Callagy since February 2000. Sean recruited Barbara to become the negotiator/settler of PIP Claims. He felt her vibrant personality and work ethic would be perfect for that role. The prior Law Firms that Barbara worked in practiced Real Estate, Divorce, Bankruptcy and general litigation so PIP was very foreign to her. However, with the help of Sean and others, Barbara exploded the PIP settlements and has become known at the firm as the "princess of settlements".
Barbara is a Jersey Girl through and through! She loves music and you can always find her on the dance floor. Barbara loves to laugh and is a great audience to tell jokes to. Her love of life is apparent to everyone who meets her. She has an incredibly strong work ethic, taught to her by her leprechaun father and mother. Barbara is always willing to help train new employees with enthusiasm and patience. Barbara has been married for 40 plus years, has 3 children and 2 gorgeous grandchildren!

A California native, Brian Williamson relocated to the Valley of the Sun in 2010. In no time at all, he fell in love with Arizona's verdant deserts, forested mountains, and cool lakes. Like many in the Phoenix area, he is thrilled to be living in this southwestern paradise.
Brian is an accomplished litigator with more than fifty (50) civil trials under his belt. In addition to championing his clients in the courtroom, Brian is also experienced in helping small businesses negotiate contracts and draft governing documents that provide certainty in daily operations while maximizing opportunities for vocational success.
Beyond serving as an advocate, Brian takes the moniker "counselor" very seriously, and always looks for opportunities to further empower his clients and help them realize their own potential and abilities to handle the various challenges life brings their way. Fundamentally, clients are people, and they should be treated and cared for as people.
Brian is a proud nerd, passionate Star Wars fan, and dedicated Dungeons and Dragons player and game master. He is eternally grateful that God saw fit to send him a wife who is both classy and nerdy, eagerly sharing in his passion for good stories and even better storytelling, whether that be in books, film, or theatre. A father of two daughters, Brian has ample justification for his corny "dad jokes" (though he maintains he never required a justification). Brian has a dry sense of humor and adamantly believes that there is no such thing as a bad pun.

Brian is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section, the New York State Bar Association, Family Law Section, Bergen County Bar Association and a member of the Bergen County Family Law Committee and former co-chairman of the Bergen County Family Law Committee. Brian is a former law clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Bergen County, under Hon. Edward V. Torack (retired).
Brian is a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney, a designation granted by the New Jersey Supreme Court to attorneys who are able to demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge and skill in matrimonial practice.

Carol is a high energy Finance Driver at Callagy law where she is responsible for all phases of accounting with a primary focus on cash flow. Prior to joining the Callagy team she worked as a full charge accountant for a newspaper printing company where her responsibilities included all phases of business operations, contract negotiations with outside vendors and full customer inter-phase providing job quotes and handling quality control issues. Client interface came as a natural for Carol. Having grown up in a "Real Estate Household" she learned from an early age that service with a smile is a way of life and that business relationships are the foundation and life blood of a successful healthy business. Carol is a team orientated individual who possess strong multi-tasking skills and is ready and willing to help at all times.

To coin a legendary New York Yankee narrative, Carolina Velasquez is "the straw that stirs the drink". Carolina may not be hitting homeruns in October, but you can find her diligently solving problems, assisting medical providers with questions and recovering money for Callagy Law clients nearly every day of the week. After attending Bergen Community College, Carolina rolled up her sleeves and invested 8 years in the Medical Billings industry. Carolina has been with Callagy Law for over 10 years. Her commitment to helping clients, driving the Liaisons and a strong desire to just get things done are a few of the reasons why she was appointed as Tom LaGreca Executive Assistant and Liaison Driver. Carolina leads a team of 10 plus people, prepares daily reports on deliveries and filings and helps process over 1,000 client files each month.
Carolina is the mother of a gifted and equally dedicated young daughter named Emily. Mom's high energy, results oriented approach has rubbed off as Emily is a perennial Honor Roll High school student who enjoys science, sports and singing in the school choir. When she is not working or on Parent Patrol, Carolina enjoys great food, traveling, dancing and sharing a good laugh with friends and family.
Christina Salinas is 33 years old she is the oldest sibling of 2 brothers. She was born in Jersey City, NJ her parents are from a little country in Central America called El Salvador. She loves her hometown would not change being born and raised in this Beautiful state of New Jersey. She can watch the sun rise on the east coast and watch it set on the west. Christina is a hard working mother of a handsome 8 year old boy. She is family oriented and loves traveling and seeing and meeting different people. She has 2 jobs works at an awesome law firm called Callagy Law and has a part time job as a waitress. Eilleen is a very determined person. Whatever she sets her heart on, is hers. In Eilleen's college career she demonstrated an unstoppable drive to accomplish her goals, she attended Rutgers full time, worked full time, while taking various law internships and independently raising her daughter, Ava. In May of 2017, Eilleen graduated with a Major in Political Science and Minor in Business Administration. During her last year in Rutgers, Eilleen begun working in a law firm specializing in immigration law, initially Eilleen began her career as a legal secretary eventually raising to the top of her firm and becoming Lead Immigration Paralegal. Eilleen enjoyed the client relationships she built and the results she produced, especially when it resulted in family reunification. Eilleen being a daughter of two parents who immigrated to United States to provide a better life for herself and younger brother, has deep understanding and empathy for the importance of how laws have the ability to positively impact your life.

Felicia Castle is the accounts receivable manager at Callagy Law. Her responsibilities include setting objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the firm's goals, processing of invoices and daily financial transactions and ensure timely collection of payments. Her prior work experience as the manager of benefits administration in Corporate America prepared her for life at Callagy Law. She has been able to acclimate to situations that have not always been in her comfort zone. She was born and raised in the heart of Little Italy in the Bronx. Growing up Italian enhanced her appetite in more ways than one. She is a decent cook and loves to try different types of foods. Her Italian background has provided Felicia with a strong sense of family. She is a true friend and loyal employee.

Ioana's high school education began at Leysin American School in Switzerland where she graduated from in 2008. She then wished to remain in Switzerland and went on to Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland where she studied Political Science and Marketing until 2009. She then transferred to Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 2009 and received her Bachelor of Science in 2013 with a major in Public Health and a minor in Psychology with a Certificate in Addictions.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University: Delaware Law School in 2016. During her time at law school she worked with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and with the Judge Advocate General Corps in the Air Force. She also studied International Criminal Law and Corporate Law abroad in Switzerland and Italy. Other than English, Ioana fluently speaks Romanian, Moldavian, French, and is conversational in Spanish.

As it relates to his legal practice, Jeffrey genuinely prescribes to Clarence Darrow's quote: "The most human thing we can do is comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable." As it relates to my life, I genuinely prescribe to a Saint Jerome quote (that I learned at the American Legion's Boys Nation program at the age of 18) and a Marianne Williamson poem (that I learned from my dad at the age of 18 and quoted in my High School Valedictorian speech). Jessica Shapiro is a New Jersey native who absolutely hates the snow and will regularly complain about the cold weather, but also has so far refused to move. Despite this stubbornness, Jessica has a love for traveling and experiencing the much warmer weather in locations around the world. To date, her favorite place she has ever traveled was the Algarve Caves in Portugal with her favorite travel companion, her mom.
Jessica Shapiro serves as an attorney in the Litigation Department at Callagy Law.
Jessica Shapiro graduated Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies. She was President of the Quinnipiac Mock Trial team and on the first competition team to advance to the Open Round Championship Series in Quinnipiac history, inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, and a Sister of Chi Omega. Jessica Shapiro went on to graduate from Rutgers Law School in 2020 with her Juris Doctor. At her time at Rutgers Law she was on the National Mock Trial Team, was the 2019 Nathan Baker Mock Trial Competition Champion, was a recipient of the Academy of New Jersey Management Attorneys' Frank Dee Award, and won the Myron Harkavy Prize (Most Promise as a Trial Attorney) award at graduation.

Joanne is a true Jersey Girl! She lived her whole life in Bergen County before recently moving to Ocean County to live on a lagoon and be closer to the ocean. She worked for 26 years in the financial services industry prior to her employment at Callagy Law. Joanne was employee of the year at Bell Atlantic and was honored to have been selected from over six hundred employees in the financial services division. She taught religious education for seven years at St Joseph's Parish in Oradell, NJ. She has two sons. Her oldest is a third year medical student at RWJMS and her youngest is a freshman at Montclair State University.

Kristen is an experienced family law paralegal with approximately 17 years working primarily as a family law paralegal. Kristen began this career not realizing where it would lead or that it would even become such a huge part of her life. She began working for a small family law firm while putting herself through college at night. She graduated with a BBA with a concentration in Business Management and obtained her Paralegal Certificate. Upon her graduation from college she felt passionate about the work as a paralegal working in family law. Since then Kristen has gone back to school to obtain a BBA in Accounting. She loves to challenge herself and has a desire within her to continue her education and gain knowledge in other areas of business.
