Turning Pointe Dance Creations and Apolla Performance have partnered to create Beyond the Steps a live weekly online show that is designed to spark discussion and dialogue around the important issues in the dance community. Each week, we dive into topics and give dance eductaors education and perspective from experts. Topics will cover racism, gender equity, sex abuse and prevention, nutrition and dance science. Our ultimate goal is to encourage people to go a step beyond and make an impact on the dance world by sharing perspective. The series is hosted by Melissa McDaniel Grisham, of Turning Pointe Dance Creations and Brianne Zborowski, of Apolla Performance... TruStep Dancewear iby TPDC a unique apparel brand that answers the dance industry's demand for apparel and specialty merchandise that celebrates the diversity of the dance world.
