Movement consists of 3 phases: eccentric, isometric and concentric. Traditional strength training teaches athletes how to expel energy, but little time on how to absorb it. Our program is broken down to focus on each phase of movement. It begins with "building the foundation", learning to eccentrically absorb energy. Then the "energy transfer station", turning absorbed energy into explosive actions. Finally the athlete is "ready for blastoff", learning to maximize force production. It is vital to train all 3 phases to optimize strength, rate of force development and ultimately performance!... A 12 week strength program designed to help you become an ELITE athlete.
