Russ Pack and James Hall have over 40 years of combined engineering and non-destructive testing experience. Their experience identified a significant need for improvement in training of personnel. They observed many inspectors and technicians that lacked basic understanding of knowledge and skill in their respective roles. Trident Inspection Academy was formed to provide training to students that is engaging, includes multiple methods to ensure understanding, and overall has an unmatched quality.
