UPSIDE Investments was created in 2014 to manage the US investments of the GELRUBIN / BENITAH Family. The activities of our office focus on real estate investments and developments. Following the path of our French parent company GROUPE TERROT, a family owned entity operating since 1949, we capitalize on potential real estate opportunities and pursue new partnerships; we develop new projects in both established and emerging markets; we create added value for our new or existing assets... The GELRUBIN/BENITAH Family owns many real estate assets around the globe, including hotels, offices, retail, commercial, senior housing, and residential properties.
