Clay received his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Clay was employed in several positions with UIC School of Law emphasizing legal research, writing, and editing. He also worked for judges in both the Northern District of Illinois and the Illinois Supreme Court and provided personal injury and litigation support for a firm as a Law Clerk. Elizabeth Varon joined Vito & Dollenmaier in 2023. A former paralegal, Elizabeth is well-versed in the litigation process and has experience with diverse matters ranging from personal injury to civil rights. Elizabeth received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law with certificates in labor and employment and public interest law. Joe Vito has been a personal injury attorney for nearly two decades. He began the first half of his legal career working for insurance companies, where he learned extensive inside industry information that has proven to be invaluable in prosecuting cases against those same companies on behalf of injured clients. Joe is very active in his community, serving on multiple boards and as an elected official in the Village of Wheeling.
