Deliverables: benchmark, flow charts, user journey maps, service blueprints, information architecture, others... PROTOTYPE: Wireframing and prototyping initial flows to be validated with key stakeholders. Involved in early stages of creation and validation of new components in the UI kit... DELIVERY: In charge of the whole process of handoff designs to the developer team + follow up. Deliverables: mock ups, wireflows, use cases, specs and correct assest for each platform.
