Mr. Naviwala is a seasoned IT professional focused in the ecommerce retail industry He is a proud Longhorn who finished his BBA from The University of Texas at Austin. Since 2020 he has been serving as a senior board member for Vision Without Barriers. He currently participates in various social organizations as a volunteer to pay forward for the betterment of the community.
Mr. Raza is currently serving as a Director of Accounting and Compliance for Vision Without Barriers He completed his BBA from CUNY Baruch College New York, New York. He holds a CPA license along with various other credentials which allows him to serve as an ambassador for various large and small entities as their financial consultant. He currently operates his own Tax firm which provides services globally. He is a seasoned professional who provides services to both Profit and Not for Profit entities. VWB is honored to have him own their team.

Mr. Bilal is currently serving as a System Architect for a Multi-national Chemical company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston. He is a seasoned professional with expertise in SAP, PMP, SCRUM and related software's. In his career he has served in various roles with IBM, Shell, HP, Foxconn, United Way and numerous other fortune 500 companies. Vision Without Barriers is honored to have him as our Director of IT Enterprise Services.

Dr. Shaykh Mamdouh Moustafa Mahmoud is the resident scholar at Masjid AlSalam in Spring Texas United States. He received his PhD from the Islamic University of North America in September 2022. He currently provides faith based consultative services to the community and various entities around the globe. He is also currently pursuing Master of Public Administration at John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. Vision Without Barriers is honored to have him as our faith based advisor on our board.
Mr. Khan, an Old Ravian started his career as commissioned officer with Pakistan Army in 1972 and served for 25 years, got voluntary retirement at the rank of Lt Col. As a commissioned officer he held various command and staff appointments.
He immigrated to United States of America in 1997. While in US he held different appointments in IT and Supply Chain fields. He served in various capacities as a senior global consultant in the field of Oil & Gas with most prominent being Baker Hughes. He then changed his profession to Real Estate Brokerage. As a Real Estate Broker, he specializes in Affordable Home buying services. Additionally, he also serves on the panel of Falcon Alternate Dispute resolution services as an advance Mediator. He is a member of American Bar Association ADR Chapter.

Moaz Khan is a Visually Impaired/Blind leader who has been involved in both national and international efforts involving advocacy for individuals with special needs. He is an experienced motivational speaker and a proud Longhorn who resides in Austin Texas. He has been serving as a mentor and speaker for The University of Texas at Austin, Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and Department of Assistive & Rehab Division for Blind Services. Additionally, he has appeared in two separate documentaries outlining his motivation and inspirational work. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Public Administration from Texas State University. He completed an Alternate Dispute Resolution Certificate from UT Law School as well. He holds the prestigious certificate of Health & Human Services Executive Leadership Academy. He most recently completed Executive training in Non-Profit Leadership at John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. He is a founder of global non-profit organization called Vision Without Barriers which provides and support to individuals with disabilities. He is a founder and owner of Falcon Mediation as well. He is also serving as an experienced supervisor for Texas Department of Family & Protective Services State Office. For leisure he works out and practices Tae Kwon-Do. He holds a 3rd Dan Black Belt and currently serves as a judge for local events. Recently he received an angel with paws his companion pure bred black Labrador Retriever guide dog who accompanies him in his endeavors. He is a running guide as well and Moaz plans to explore the unchartered territories in upcoming years with his guide dog Eddie.
Mr. Umar Farooq serves as the Vice President Information Technology at NexTier since November 2019. Mr. Farooq worked for Deloitte from 2010 - 2019 with responsibility in Business transformation, Process optimization and deployment of scalable support system at global level. He is expert in IT systems, Networks, Cybersecurity, and a result oriented, problem solver and a collaborator. Mr. Farooq received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. In addition, Mr. Farooq is a trained professional from Carnegie Mellon University.

Ms. Khan hold Master of Arts in Literature and a Masters in Special Education. Additionally she holds advance certification in the field of Education. She is a veteran educator who have taught and served in the educational field for over 20 years. From being a special education teacher to a consultant to various community entities and families. She has a personal connection to the field as she herself raised a visually impaired blind son who is a proven leader today. Ms. Khan has been a trail blazer in this field by providing her time and wisdom to other families via outreach conferences and at local venues. In the past she has attended multiple forums held by U.S based government agencies like Texas Commission for the Blind and Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired. In her free time she spends time with her husband and her 7 grandchildren. Her hobbies include: designing, cooking, reading and enjoying historical documentaries.
Rabia Baig is based in Austin, Texas. She is a HR & Recruiting professional with over 12 years of experience. She graduated from Michigan State University in 2010 with degrees in Human Biology and International Studies. She has volunteered with numerous organizations since she was young.
One professional project she is very proud of was her work in ensuring that her employer's decision to transition from paper offer packages to paperless offer packages met international accessibility requirements. She advocated for this requirement, and was a part of vendor meetings, user accessibility testing, and other aspects of the project till it was launched.
