Ltd was founded in 2014 as a maize milling company in Busia Western region by Managing Director John Kariuki and family. This was established and incorporated in 2016 where Busia County 1 st Governor Sospeter Ojaamong presided over the launch of the milling plant in the ceremony also attended by Deputy Governor Kizito Wangalwa and County Assembly Speaker Bernard Wamalwa.
