What's in a name: Waltson is derived from Walter Debeuckelaere and son: son of Walter... Joost has a dream. After a long family history within the potato industry, consisting of cultivating potatoes, trading them and specialising in crisps potatoes, the time has come to take the next step. With bagfuls of knowledge about potatoes and family secretes dating back to Walter and André, Joost starts to produce his own artisan chips at the Keyaert.
