Dr. Carmen Rosado is a well-known Pediatrician in the Fort Pierce area, where she has worked with underserved and low-income patients for more than eleven years. Dr. Rosado graduated from the Universidad Central Del Este Medical School in the Dominican Republic, prior to completing her residency at the Tod Children's Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. She served as the Chief Resident of Ambulatory Pediatrics during her training there. She has a special interest in allergies and dermatology. Fluent in Spanish and English, Dr. Rosado can speak with children and their families as partners in their health and well-being.

Dr. Javier Prado is a board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Whole Family Health Center. He graduated from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1995. He went on to complete his general psychiatry residency, as well as a child & adolescent psychiatry fellowship, at Duke University Medical Center. For over 20 years, he has specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of thinking, feeling, and/or behavior affecting children, adolescents, and their families. Dr. Prado has special expertise in the areas of ADD/ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Manic Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Schizophrenia, and other psychotic disorders. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Jeannette Hill is a board-certified Pediatrician with Whole Family Health Center. She is from Jupiter, Florida, and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school. Dr. Hill completed her internship and residency at Oklahoma State University. She is the mother of three children, one of whom attends the University of North Florida, and twins preparing to start high school. She has completed seven marathons and loves running with her two dogs, Maggie and Lilly.
Dr. Johanna DeJesus is a board-certified Pediatrician mainly treating patients at our Vero Beach clinical office. She received her medical degree from the NYU School of Medicine in New York City, where she is originally from. She completed her pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD), which is the only free-standing children's hospital in Virginia. Dr. DeJesus joined the Whole Family Health Center team in 2021, providing pediatric care services to newborns, infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. She is fluent in both English & Spanish and served as a certified Spanish interpreter at CHKD during her residency training. She and her family love living in Vero Beach and experiencing the Treasure Coast.

Dr. Lori Bowers is a board-certified Pediatrician with Whole Family Health Center. She was born in Michigan and has lived in Florida for over 40 years. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, followed by the University of South Florida for medical school and her pediatric residency. Before joining WFHC, Dr. Bowers practiced general pediatrics for over 20 years in the Tampa Bay area. In her spare time, she loves traveling and learning about people and cultures. She starts every vacation with a food tour of the area.

Dr. Paul Hebig is currently the Director of Behavioral Health at Whole Family Health Center. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida. He is a board-certified Psychiatrist with many years of clinical experience providing high-quality, individualized, and evidence-based psychiatric care using a variety of treatment modalities. Dr. Hebig can safely treat psychiatric illnesses even in the most medically complex patients. He has expertise in the following disorders: mood, anxiety, trauma-related, psychotic, cognitive, and substance use. Dr. Hebig is a practitioner of Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and SPRAVATO® (inhaled Ketamine) treatments. He also has extensive knowledge of psychopharmacology.
Dr. Robert Butler handles same-day or acute care visits for Whole Family Health Center in our Vero Beach Clinical Office for patients over 6 months of age, ensuring that our patients can be seen for acute problems quickly. He was raised on a farm near the shore of Lake Erie, in the southernmost part of Canada. Dr. Butler completed all of his medical training in London, Canada where he was Chief resident during his final year of residency. He practiced at UWO Student Health and University Hospital (Emergency), as well as other smaller community-based ERs before moving to Florida in 1991 to pursue his love of water sports. He has practiced in Indian River County for over 30 years, mainly at Indian River Medical Center (which eventually became CCIRH) first in the Emergency Department then later in their Urgent Care (Medical Director for several years) before coming to WFHC. He was previously a clinical preceptor for medical students in Ontario (UWO) and Florida (FSU).

Dr. Jay Haskett is a member of the Adult Primary Care team at Whole Family Health Center's Vero Beach clinical office. Dr. Haskett is from Little Rock, Arkansas. He began his career in the dental field, graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry prior to attending medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. He brings over 40 years of medical experience in Emergency Medicine and much of his service to patients has been on the Treasure Coast, spanning from Sebastian to Hobe Sound.

Dr. Peggy Schneider is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician. She graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. She had a successful and respected practice in Boynton Beach, FL, for twenty-four years before joining Whole Family Health Center. Dr. Schneider cares for a diverse population including adolescents, gynecology patients, Medicare-aged patients, and those with chronic diseases including diabetes, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and hypertension. She enjoys educating her patients and working with them to develop a plan of treatment and care that will keep them well and healthy. She also has a master's degree in Spanish Linguistics and Literature.
