Dennis Callison is the president and founder of Xplor Commercial Real Estate Corp. Prior to launching Xplor, Dennis served as Vice President of Brokerage for a Midwest based real estate firm with a focus on Northeast Indiana. Dennis spent most of his real estate career serving as Director of Acquisitions for a Midwest based Equity Investment Group, where he handled acquisitions, dispositions and leasing transactions. Dennis was also responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers of retail real estate across the country and with brokers and retailers nationally. Dennis joined Equity Investment Group in 1997 as Senior Leasing Associate responsible for pursuing leasing opportunities with national accounts for retail centers located throughout the Northeast, Mideast, Midwest and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States. Dennis has over 21 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in over $400 million in real estate transactions. He is also a partner in CTS Properties, LLC, a development company focused on single tenant development. He is an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Mr. Neal Worden has been active in the commercial real estate market in northeastern Indiana for 35 years, specializing in valuation, leasing, and sales. He has a Bachelors Degree from Indiana University, with a concentration in real estate.

Peter Bobeck

Peter Bobeck's scope of work includes asset management, acquisitions, retail and industrial leasing, and mortgage financing. He began his career in Commercial Real Estate over 25 years ago after graduating from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in finance and real estate. His first commercial real estate placement was in Boston with AEW Capital Management, then worked with Boston Securities in private placements. He spent two years in New York with Capital Trust, a boutique investment bank and real estate investment company, and then moved to Las Vegas and to work for Intrawest, a resort development company. Peter moved back to Fort Wayne in 2003 to redevelop a family owned shopping center. Upon getting the center released and refinanced, he sold the center and began investing in Industrial warehouses in the Midwest and Midsouth. He resides in Fort Wayne with his wife and four kids.
