SHUANG - Key Persons
Shuang Wu is an independent designer and educator based in Kansas City and Shanghai. Passionate about design storytelling and cross-cultural visual translation, her work ranges from typography, branding, to motion graphics and interactive design. Shuang is constantly experimenting and pushing the boundaries in multimedia design.
Shuang is currently teaching full-time in the Graphic Design department at Kansas City Art Institute (KCAI)︎︎︎ while co-running OUR STUDIO吾设计 with two other partners in Shanghai. She also lectures interaction design at Texas State University︎︎︎.
Previously, she taught at MICA Graphic Design department︎︎︎, and designed at Champions Design︎︎︎, MICA, NetEase︎︎︎, and Wix.com︎︎︎.
She received her MFA in Graphic Design from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in 2023.
