At WildFin, we are committed to sustainability and collaboration at the local and regional levels. With each of our American grill and seafood restaurants, we source our menu items from local farmers and producers to reflect the best of what our Pacific Northwest has to offer... WildFin is proud to partner with local charities and non-profits that support our Pacific Northwest communities and environment. Below is a partial list of organizations we have been honored to help support since WildFin first opened its doors in Issaquah in 2011... We work with local farmers in the Snoqualmie, Puyallup, Willamette, and Yakima Valley to source seasonal fruits and vegetables throughout the growing season, and we're proud to offer beef from RR Ranch and Snake River Farms on our menus, as well. We also closely follow the Monterey Bay Aquarium watch list and are certified with the James Beard Foundation's Smart Catch Program for increasing sustainability in the seafood supply chain.
