YIDA ZHAO

Hi, I'm Yida, a designer with 3 years of experience and background in both HCI and software engineering. I'm currently designing user experience for Microsoft Cloud Solution Center. So far, I have experience in design across various domains, including cloud computing, e-commerce, admin/developer tools, and more. My cross-major background in both design and computer science makes me a problem solver with both creativity and rigorous logic and also a hub of communication in a cross-functional team setting. The practices of designing complex products cultivated my ability to translate complexity into approachability. In my free time, I enjoy crafting thing, like drawing picture listed below and making gizmos through wood carving or 3D print. These also answer where my passion for design originates from: play with form and shape.
