The Sikh Development Academy (TSDA) is a not-for-profit Sikh youth organisation with one purpose - to inspire young people to be their best self... To the young people we support, we are Life Coaches, Generational Mentors and Avant-Gardists. We believe in supporting Character Transformation, Societal Change and Life-fulfilling Experiences so our approach focuses on empowering members to utilise what they possess and specifically the ABCD approach... We believe that we are the first Sikh organisation to develop a national programme of work that is focused on and driven by young Sikhs and backed by routine data collection into their needs, in all aspects of their lives.
